Jonathan Rowland
Jonathan, RCC’s founder, brings over 30 years of K&B industry experience to the table. He’s served in the kitchen and bath industry in multiple positions, including designer, project manager, showroom manager, account executive, and territory manager. Jonathan offers training on 2020 and ProKitchen Design software, cabinet training (101, 201, beyond the basics,) and consulting to help K&B business owners grow their companies.

Rob Owens
Rob brings his over three decades of K&B industry experience to the RCC team. We are excited to have Rob representing our clients throughout Pennsylvania. Rob has excellent cabinet sales experience and has established long-standing business relationships within his dealer network.
Noah Thomas
Noah brings additional experience in Sales and Marketing to our team. He takes a consultative approach to working with dealers and designers, helping them to choose the right products for their needs and leverage data to make informed business decisions. Noah manages several markets across the Northeastern United States.
Joe Majorie
Joe has been in the K&B industry for over 40 years. He has worked in nearly every level of the industry including Retail Design and Sales, Management, Training and Wholesale Sales Representative. Having unique experience in both the dealer and factory sides of the industry, Joe is appreciated for his ability to work with his client partners to discover the best solution and best options that will help that partner grow. Joe approaches every day like he is as an added member of every dealer partner team.
Patrick Dowd
Patrick Dowd brings over two decades of K&B sales and business development expertise to the RCC leadership team. He has led dealer and distribution network growth across both the Southeast and Northeast regions. Patrick is recognized for his strategic leadership, market insight, and ability to cultivate enduring client and partner relationships. Patrick covers New York City, Long Island, and New Jersey.
Lydia Rowland
Lydia started off helping organize samples and has progressed into an Administrative role with RCC. She’s trained on Order express and has been assisting our clients with quotes. Lydia is vital in fast response on samples - often shipping them to our network of dealers from VA to Maine. She’s also providing weekly and monthly reporting to the designers and business owners we work with.
